Colorado Dental Tourism at Colorado BioDental + Esthetics

Travel Dentistry in Denver Rooted in Whole-Body Care.

Some patients drive twenty minutes to see us. Others fly in from across the country — often seeking care they can’t find closer to home, including specialized work like ceramic implant surgery and Bioesthetic OBI rehabilitation.

What they share is a commitment to their health that goes beyond the norm — and an understanding that the right care, delivered by the right team, is worth the journey.

Colorado BioDental + Esthetics has welcomed out-of-town patients for years. We've thought carefully about how to make that experience feel seamless, restorative, and genuinely worthwhile — from your first consultation to your flight home. Denver and the surrounding area takes care of the rest. This is one of the most beautiful, vibrant, and accessible regions in the country, and we'd love for you to experience it.

If you're considering travel dentistry in Denver, we're glad you found us. Here's everything you need to know to plan your visit.

Why Choose Colorado BioDental + Esthetics
for Dental Tourism?

The care you receive is only as good as the people delivering it. At Colorado BioDental + Esthetics, traveling patients are in the hands of an exceptional clinician who brings a rare depth of training, a genuine passion for whole-body health, and an approach to dentistry that most practices simply don't offer.

Dr Popp

Meet Dr. Corbin Popp, DMD

Dr. Popp's path to dentistry is as precise as it is uncommon. After earning a biochemistry degree with honors at the University of Nebraska, he was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship — then spent a decade performing at the highest levels of professional dance on Broadway and international stages. That chapter wasn't a detour. It was a foundation.

Performance at that level demands a refined understanding of structural alignment, muscular coordination, and the relationship between movement and form. These principles are central to bioesthetic dentistry. Dr. Popp's approach to full-mouth rehabilitation and jaw stabilization is guided by the same logic: that the body is a system, structure governs function, and true restoration requires attention to balance and the whole.

He graduated top of his class from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, earned Resident of the Year from the Graduate Practice Residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz, and trained at the Swiss Biohealth Academy under Dr. Ulrich Volz, a world leader in biological dentistry. His clinical expertise includes ceramic (zirconia) implant placement, Bioesthetic OBI full-mouth rehabilitation and jaw stabilization, cavitation surgery, Bone Building Augmentation (BBA), and the surgical management of infected root canal teeth.

For many traveling patients, this depth — both technical and philosophical — is the primary reason they make the journey.

Why Choose Colorado Over Going Abroad for Dental Tourism?

It's a fair question. When patients start researching dental work abroad or looking into the best country for dental work, the appeal is understandable.

But for patients seeking biologically-focused, whole-body care, the calculus is different. The quality of the philosophy matters as much as the quality of the procedure. Continuity of care matters. Knowing your provider will be there for follow-up matters. Dental tourism in the US has grown considerably in recent years because patients are recognizing that the best option is right here!

Our office at 4260 S Wadsworth Blvd sits just 45 minutes from Denver International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown. Getting here is easy. Once you arrive, you'll find a city that's navigable, well-connected, and rich with things to do — whether you're here for two days or five. Recovery time, in our experience, is much easier when your surroundings are beautiful.

At Colorado BioDental + Esthetics, we offer the kind of care that patients once thought required international travel: comprehensive, biologically-minded, and deeply attentive to the connection between your oral health and your overall wellbeing. For many of our traveling patients, this is medical dental tourism with a different destination in mind — one that doesn't require a passport.

Who Travels to See Us

Our out-of-town patients tend to arrive having done their homework. They've often spent months — sometimes years — looking for a practice that aligns with their values around health, materials, and whole-body awareness.

Two areas draw a significant number of our traveling patients specifically. The first is ceramic implant surgery — a metal-free approach to implant placement using zirconia rather than titanium, chosen by patients who want biocompatible materials that work with the body rather than against it. The second is Bioesthetic OBI rehabilitation, a philosophy-driven approach to restoring the bite and smile to its optimal natural form — addressing not just how teeth look, but how the entire oral system functions in harmony. These are specialties that relatively few practices offer with Dr. Popp's depth of training, and for many patients, that's precisely what makes the journey worthwhile.

Beyond these, many travel for dental implant tourism more broadly, for cosmetic dentistry tourism — smile design, veneers, and esthetic work where artistry and health-consciousness aren't in conflict — and for comprehensive biological care they simply haven't been able to find closer to home.

If any of that resonates, you're likely the right patient for this program.

Dental Vacation Packages

We've put together a sample itinerary to help you think through the shape of your visit — how to structure your time, where to stay, and how to move through treatment and recovery with intention. For most of our out-of-town patients, the visit is built around surgery. Here's what that typically looks like.

A Sample 3-Day Surgical Visit

For patients with more complex treatment plans, we're happy to help you think through a longer visit tailored to your specific timeline and needs.
